Dairy free life

My youngest son has had a dairy protein intolerance since birth. We have struggled to find enjoyable and nutritious foods that he can eat instead of dairy. I never realized that sooooo many things had milk products in them until I had to read every label.

When he turned one, we couldn't do the whole milk like most toddlers drink. I found Ripple milk and I was amazed at how much protein was in it and how much he enjoyed it. I was also excited to see that Ripple had expanded their product line to include yogurt.

The yogurt was a hit with my two year old! I like to mix in fruit with it to add a little extra.

The morning of the wedding I woke up to a text from my hair and makeup person saying instead of her arriving at 8:00 she would be there at 12:00. I didn...

Where does the time go?

16 days until I make the change from Ms. to Mrs. I feel like I am not yet getting the chance to soak it in. I am still trying to adjust to the new job and keep up with my normal household tasks. I guess I will fully realize it when I put on the dress.

Cookie monster

That is what I feel like right now. The one thing I have no business eating right now is calling my name as I sit in Panera. I just finished my chicken noodle soup and salad and I want a big ole chocolate chip cookie! But if I were to eat one it would mean no more food for the rest of the day due to using up all of my points. Must.....resist.....temptation........
