Dairy free life

My youngest son has had a dairy protein intolerance since birth. We have struggled to find enjoyable and nutritious foods that he can eat instead of dairy. I never realized that sooooo many things had milk products in them until I had to read every label. When he turned one, we couldn't do the whole milk like most toddlers drink. I found Ripple milk and I was amazed at how much protein was in it and how much he enjoyed it. I was also excited to see that Ripple had expanded their product line to include yogurt. The yogurt was a hit with my two year old! I like to mix in fruit with it to add a little extra. #RippleYogurt #MyMagazineSharing #freesample

Another awesome free sample!

I was sent coupons to try Dr. Praegers's newest seafood products. The salmon burgers were a hit with my 2 year old and loved the Southwest hash browns as a quick addition to a weekday breakfast. What I liked the most about these products is that is something different. I know I tend to get in a rut with what products I buy and keep on hand for convenience meals. I will be adding these into the rotation for the future. DrPSeafood #FreeSample #MyMagazineSharing

Back at it again...

Hi. It's been so long. I almost forgot I had this blog. Today, I have a quick post to share a review on a mission I had with MyMagazine. I tried out several frozen items and was encouraged to get creative with how I worked them into my meals. Overall, all the items tried were tasty. My family had the Farm Rich Mozzarella sticks as a fun side with dinner. The Devour bacon mac and cheese was also a side another night. it is very rich but went well as a small portion on the side of a healthier meal. Today, I am having the Smart Made pepper steak meal on a flat out wrap. Quick and easy lunch. We enjoyed trying out all these new items and will repurchase from these brands in the future. #FreshIdeasFromTheFreezer, #MyMagazineSharing, #OneUpped, #FreeSample
